No personal information is collected by this app. The only data it collects is:

Usage Statistics

WheelClick counts which gestures you use and for how long it runs, and submits an anonymous snapshot shortly after launch and about once a day while running. Each snapshot is tied to a random install ID generated on your Mac — never your name, email, or anything else that identifies you.

You can turn off submission at any time from the About WheelClick window. Local counting always happens; the toggle only stops the snapshot from leaving your Mac.
